Our Future

Throughout the history of Greater Faith Ministries, the congregation has made it special priority to take care of the needs of the community. Through education, training, missionary works, human services and special projects, Greater Faith Ministries has labored to help individuals holistically. Never before has the Greater Faith church family taken bold steps towards ministering to the needs of the people. These steps were the results of the leading of the Holy Spirit for us to be doers of the Word and not just hearers only as we feed, clothe, and provide social service to the community. In obeying, God has caused all manner of help aids persons to come our way with unique gifts, talents, and abilities to fulfill His purpose as we minister to the needs of people.

Our job is to enable people through the Word of God to press towards the higher calling of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If we are to circumvent the current negative trends of poverty, unemployment, poor education, drug and alcohol addiction, etc. we shall continue to take bold strides towards ministering to the needs of one another. Therefore, we must have avenues in place to meet the needs.

Within the next three years, Greater Faith Ministries will have in operation a full-fledged Drug Rehabilitation Program, a Christian school, and a Youth Conventional Center in the Barnwell County area. The Barnwell committee is in need of our help and we are a church that is willing to provide the help.

Greater Faith Ministries has been chosen by God to stand at the turning point of a major demonstration to fulfill the directive of our Lord Jesus Christ to minister to the whole individual through spiritual growth, leadership and services.

We are called to serve for the service sake of compassion and love, embracing all persons and not out of a spirit of pride and separatism. We will serve with our whole heart and out of the true spirit of humility. Our vision represents giving God our undivided commitment and also giving back to our families and the community.
